PAGTULO: A Fresh Approach to Water Crisis is a social change initiative created by seven senior high school STEM students from Iloilo National High School. It seeks to promote the safety, conservation, and cleanliness of the Iloilo City Water Crisis by encouraging other youth to participate in challenges and providing factual information about the issue.
